1.Introduction

CPT Markets PTY LTD (CPT SA) ("CPT" or "CPT Markets"), located in South Africa and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), is thrilled to announce its Introducing Broker (IB) Campaign! This exciting opportunity allows both existing and new verified IBs to earn substantial rewards based on their clients' activity. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating. Information regarding eligibility, rewards, and other campaign details are outlined herein.

Campaign Mechanics:

2.Eligibility:

2.1.This Program is open to all verified IBs of CPT Markets.

2.2.To be eligible for rewards, IBs must comply with all CPT Markets regulations, terms & conditions, and legal requirements.

2.3.CPT Markets reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant deemed ineligible or in

violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3.Bonus Tiers and Requirements

The program offers eight tiers of bonus rewards based on the combined achievements of clients and the IB within a two-month target period. To qualify for a specific Tier, IBs must meet the corresponding requirements for:

4.Bonus Payout Schedule

50% of the earned bonus for each achieved Tier will be credited directly to the eligible IB's wallet with CPT Markets within 5 business days of the first month following the target period. The remaining 50% will be paid within 5 business days of the second month following the target period.

5.Disqualification

5.1.Any client activity deemed suspicious or in violation of CPT Markets' regulations, terms & conditions, or legal requirements will result in disqualification from the Program and potential forfeiture of all earned bonuses.

5.2.IBs who engage in any fraudulent or misleading activity, violate CPT Markets' regulations, or breach these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified from the Program and may face further disciplinary actions.

6.Additional Information

6.1.Participation in this Program constitutes agreement to all Terms & Conditions, the Client Agreement, General Business Terms, and any other relevant documentation available on https://www.cptmarkets.com.

6.2.CPT Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time with reasonable notice to participants.

6.3.This Program is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
