[AC Capital]Rewards Store Promotion

AC Capital Market is running a Rewards Store (hereinafter the “Promotion”) for all clients and partners. Redeem as many gifts as possible for trading long-term with us! Please read the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) as these are set out below. 

1. Introduction 

1.1 The Promotion is eligible to both NEW and Existing clients and partners (also known as Introducing Brokers/IB) who meet the criteria during the Promotion Period.

1.2 Participants must be from the countries and regions covered by Clause 2.2 below.

1.3 The Promotion can be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions only if you have met the requirements set out for each promotion. 

2. Duration and Eligibility 

2.1 The Promotion Period begins on 01 January 2023 21:00 GMT, and AC Capital Market reserves the right to change the promotion date or terminate the Promotion at anytime. 

2.2 The Promotion is available in all of AC Capital Market operating areas, you may contact your account manager for more information. 

3. Rewards Store 

3.1 How to earn more points? Participants can earn extra points from register, deposit, and trade with AC Capital Market to redeem unlimited gifts. You may find further information about mission at Rewards Store on AC Capital Market App. 

3.2 How to upgrade the level? Higher levels mean you can enjoy better privileges, like higher points rebate. LP. are the total number of points you have earned during the current points period and will be used to determine your member level. You will be upgraded if you reach the loyalty points of the next level.

Levels Table:

System will evaluate the member level based on the loyalty points when points period is ended. If you meet the loyalty points requirement of your current level, you will be able to remain at the same level. Otherwise, you might be lowered to the corresponding level. 

3.3 How to redeem the gifts？ 

AC Capital Market provides red packets and physical gifts as a reward. 

3.3.1 The red packet can be used for trading, transfer or withdraw. The system will immediately add the amount you have redeemed into your red packet account for eligible clients who applied for redemption. 

3.3.2 After applying for redeeming physical gifts, AC Capital Market will email you for address confirmation. The gift will be ordered from suppliers accordingly. 

3.3.3 Delivery times vary by logistic organization and district. 

3.3.4 All orders are non-cancellable once it is placed. 

4. Deposit and Trading Requirement 

4.1 Deposit Criteria 

4.1.1 Participants must deposit through My AC Centre or AC Capital Market App. 

4.1.2 Deposit is calculated by net deposit, excluded commission, rebate and markup. 

4.1.3 Net deposit will be settled automatically at 01:00 GMT on 10th of next month after a calendar month. 

4.1.4 Net deposit is the total deposits minus the total withdrawals amount from your trading account and those of your clients in the last calendar month. 

4.1.5 Deposit amount might be adjusted due to bank fee. AC Capital Market will only calculate the Credit Bonus based on actual deposit received. 4.1.6 The promotion currency based on trading account’s currency, which is U.S. Dollar ($).

4.2 Trading Volume Criteria 

4.2.1 Trading volume is calculated by closed positions. 

4.2.2 Trading volume is applicable to all products offered by AC Capital Market. 

4.2.3 Trading volume will be settled daily on 00:00 GMT. 

4.2.4 System will automatically calculate the closed position from your trading account and referred clients’ trading account. 

5. Other conditions 

5.1 The Promotion has no intention to induce clients to change their risk appetite or investment strategies. In any circumstances, AC Capital Market shall not be held liable for any loss arising from clients’ personal decisions or the decision of participation in the Promotion. 

5.2 AC Capital Market reserves the right to decide whether there is any abuse, attempt to exploit the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, and take corresponding actions, including but not limited to cancelling the Promotion, suspending accounts, recovering losses, etc. 

5.3 AC Capital Market has the right to terminate the Promotion at anytime if there are other reasons beyond the control of AC Capital Market. 

5.4 Participants will be bound by Terms and Conditions and strictly comply with the compliance requirements of AC Capital Market. 

5.5 AC Capital Market reserves the right to amend the Terms of the Promotion at any time, including but not limited to, amending or cancelling mission, adjusting points of mission and other terms, all changes will be effective once released. 

5.6 If any provision stated above cannot be executed as the original plan, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
